1. Sara Gilbert is Leslie Winkle, physics. She is a colleague of Sheldon and Leonard. She satisfies her sexual needs at first with Leonard and later with Wolowitz. Leslie hates Sheldon for his arrogance (in the words of Sheldon, is her archenemy), all the time they are competing with each other to show who is smarter. Sheldon, using his "algorithm of Friendship" tried to be friends in order to have better access to the laboratories of the University, but Kripke did not have a greater say and was immediately dismissed as "friend."
